Deed Restrictions
The following deed restrictions are listed as a general guide to what may or may not be permitted in Lodge Acres Annex #1. Exceptions may or may not be granted to property owners. This will be decided by a vote of all of the property owners in Annex #1. Please email us with any requests you may have that are not in compliance with the deed restrictions.
