We are the property owners association for Lodge Acres Annex #1, located in the beautiful Hill Country of Travis County, Texas. We oversee the neighborhood and are here to help the property owners of Annex 1 with questions and problems that may arise. Our most important agenda is to protect the rights of property owners and to enforce certain restrictions for Lodge Acres Annex #1. We strive to maintain a “happy”neighborhood and will do our best to keep it safe and wonderful for all property owners.
