Save the Park!!

For those of you who do not know, our park (Lot 59) has been acquired by a Real Estate company and they are trying to sell it. We need all property owners to take action and help us to get the deed back to its rightful owners, and that is the property owners in Lodge Acres Annex #1. As written in the original plat deed the park belongs to the property owners, by law, and it is bound by certain restrictions as set forth in the plat deed, volume 1419 page 304. Below is a picture of the park.

We are taking action and making progress but we need all property owners support. Once we have the deed we will need to split up the taxes amongst ourselves. We will keep everyone informed of the status. Please be sure to attend any POA meetings to find out more about this and how you may be able to help.

Hello neighbors,
You have my full support. Unfortunately, this real estate company purchased Lot #59 in gross error and should be returned to its rightful owners- Us! We do not want to lose our privacy, or have continued surveyors trespass on our property who intent to build mobile homes and RV lots in our beautiful nature reserve Park which we have grown to love in our backyards . We need to protect it and get it back, ASAP! It is our neighborhood responsibility and our deeded right . Thank you and I look forward to our monthly POA meetings “Block party in the park” ! Finally 🙂

I guess that is why we need to meet to see if we are all on the same page. I BELIEVE? we all, as property owners should have been notified that our park was going up on the auction block because of back taxes we didn’t know we owed. I really thought it was exempt as “park land” so I was truly shocked when this guy ..Hughes…came in and claimed ownership.
